Welcome to ESL with Forsyth Tech!
The Swisher Center registrations ares ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL STUDY IN KERNERSVILLE.
*You must bring a photo ID to registration.
*Children are NOT permitted.
Our ESL department is delighted to serve you and will help you improve your English so you can:
- speak, read, write and comprehend everyday English
- prepare to study a career or curriculum pathway
- improve in your ability to complete tasks at work
- gain skills to earn a work credential
- gain confidence to write a resume, fill out a job application, or successfully complete an interview
*This is not academic English and literature.
*You may come anytime during the registration (for example, if 4:30pm - 7:30pm, you may arrive at 5:30 or 6)
At registration, you will receive a date to return and take your placement assessment in writing, listening, and reading to find the best level for you in our program.
ESL classes are free! However, you must committ to attending of 80% of the classes.
Questions & Answers
If you have been a student with us before, please be sure to tell one of the staff before leaving. If you have attended an orientation this year and were unable to test, please tell one of our staff.
