Description
Take your first step towards getting completing your high school diploma credentials!
At the Northwest Forsyth Center you will fill out paperwork to enroll into the program and take a placement test on the same day. Classes start August 2025.
Please note: Students must arrive no later than 30 minutes after the start time in order to have time to take a placement test. Students who arrive later will need to reschedule testing. Please ensure you bring all documents including a completed Minor Release Form if the student is under the age of 18. If a student does not have a completed Minor Release Form they must reschedule their test.

Yes! You must get a Minor Release Form filled out. You can find it here at the bottom of the page. This needs to be filled out by the student, most recent high school, and it requires a notarized signature of a parent or guardian.
Great! We will need a copy of your transcript from your most recent high school. You must have 15 passing credits from high school to enter this program.
