Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring your photo ID or license and social security card.

I am a minor. Do I need to do anything special?

Yes! You must get a Minor Release Form filled out. You can find it at here. at the bottom of the page. This needs to be filled out by the student, most recent high school, and it requires a notarized signature of a parent or guardian.

I want to do the Adult High School Program

Great! We will need a copy of your transcript from your most recent high school. You must have 15 passing credits from high school to enter this program.
